Grievance OfficerRavi PaladuguFor any concern about the organization or this site

The organization is funded entirely by its founders. Today the work is groundwork — partners, policy, curriculum, and this site — and programs with children begin with the pilot.

Governance

CanvasCode was founded by Ravi Paladugu and Sruthi Siripurapu, co-founders and equals, who together make up its board. Standard hygiene from day one: conflict-of-interest policy, annual statutory audits, board minutes, and a published annual report with real numbers.

Safeguarding

Our child-safeguarding policy follows the Keeping Children Safe international standards and India’s legal framework, and it exists before any program touches a child — a precondition, not a promise. We commit to an annual safeguarding review reported to the board. Read the policy →

Financials

Published annually from our first full year — audited statements, and program cost per child from the pilot onward. Today the organization is funded entirely by its founders, and the rules for any future giving are set now: no single source above 40% of our budget at scale, and cost per child published from the pilot onward.

Documents

The income-tax registration and approval orders are linked in the table above. As they are finalized, this section will hold the charter-derived one-pager, the child-safeguarding policy as a signed PDF, MOU templates, and annual reports. If you need something sooner, ask us directly.

Why publish before there is much to publish? Because the habit matters more than the numbers. An organization that publishes when it is small will still be publishing when it is big. We publish results either way — including the disappointing ones.
