Ready at every door.

Our programs are taking shape — designed with our first partner organizations and legal counsel, built on one idea: earning is a set of doors that open with age, and our job is to have every young person ready at each door. Learn first. Practice with pride. Earn behind guarded doors. Launch free at eighteen.

The idea

Doors that open with age

Not one leap at eighteen — a sequence of doors, each opened when a young person is ready for it. Concept first; the details are being designed now.

The first door

Learn first

Readiness comes before earning — every time, for every young person.

Long before any money is involved, a young person practices real skills on real work and learns to be proud of what they make. Nothing is rushed toward a payday: the standard is work someone would genuinely value, and the job is getting every young person to that standard at their own pace.

The second door

Earn behind guarded doors

First earnings are guardian-signed and protected from the first rupee.

When age and readiness open the door, first earnings happen inside guardrails: guardian-signed, properly documented, and protected — designed so a young person’s first income is safe, real, and unmistakably their own. The pace is set by readiness, never by our calendar.

The third door

Launch free at eighteen

Independence at eighteen, with everything pre-staged.

By the time full independence arrives at eighteen, nothing starts from zero: skills practiced, work delivered, first income earned, and everything they need already staged in their own hands. Eighteen is a door we have been preparing them to walk through — not a cliff.

Every program is being designed with our first partner organizations and validated with legal counsel before it reaches a child — shaped by the people who know the children, checked by the people who know the law.

Launching with our pilot. Organizations that want to shape them — start the conversation.
